If the product you ordered doesn't fit properly or you don't like it, you can exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Your first exchange/resize of an item is free; any subsequent exchanges or resizes of the same item will incur an additional fee.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at info@tibead.com. We will then contact you within 48 hours with further instructions regarding your exchange process.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items made to order are non-returnable. Size changes are, of course, possible.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for products you received more than 30 days ago.
